Morton Plant becomes a repeat customer for PVC membrane. When it came time to replace the PVC installed in 1985, Morton again worked with New Concept Roofing, Inc, and the system 3000 membrane because of the long-term performance they had out of the original PVC membrane. According to Dave Elmore, plant manager, "If you have a system that works, you stick with it."
